Password Reset lets you regain online access to your account in the event that you forget your password. Once you have set up your password reset you will never get locked out of your account again.

Here are the instructions for setting up password reset:

1. Click on the home banking/power line login link.
2. Enter your User ID and Password.
3. Click on the Preferences link on the left side of the page.
4. Click on Password Reset.
5. Choose one of the existing questions or create your own.
6. Choose your own unique answer.
7. Click on Save Information.
8. If you forget your password in the future, just click on the link on the login page that says "Forget your password?" and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
