Change Password
You may change your password at any time by logging into home banking, clicking on Preferences at the left side of the page and then clicking on the "Change Password" box at the top of the page.
Password Reset
Password Reset lets you regain online access to your account in the event that you forget your password. Once you have set up your password reset you will never get locked out of your account again.
Here are the instructions for setting up password reset:
- Click on the home banking/power line login link.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on the Preferences link on the left side of the page.
- Click on Password Reset.
- Choose one of the existing questions or create your own.
- Choose your own unique answer.
- Click on Save Information.
- If you forget your password in the future, just click on the link on the login page that says "Forget your password?" and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
Change E-mail Address
You may change your e-mail address at any time by logging into home banking, clicking on Preferences at the left side of the page and then clicking on the "Change E-Mail" box at the top of the page.
E-Statement Selection
You can choose to view your statements electronically rather than have them mailed to you. E-Statements are available instantly at the end of the month and if you need to look at past statements, they are available back to July of 2007.
- Click on the home banking/power line login link.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on the Preferences link on the left side of the page.
- Click on the e-Statement Selection box at the top of the page.
Account Nicknames
You now have the ability to change the description on your home banking accounts. Do you put money into a club account to save for a vacation? You can change the description from "other club" to "Vacation Account". You can change a loan with a description of "used auto & truck" to "My Jeep Loan". The account nickname feature helps to personalize your accounts and make it easier to keep track of where you want your money to go.
Here are the instructions to use account nicknames:
- Click on the home banking/power line login link.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on the Preferences link on the left side of the page.
- Click on Account Nicknames box at the top of the page.
- Enter the nickname you would like at the box next to current description.
- Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
If at any time you would like to change your description back, simply click on the Default button and then Submit.
Multiple Account Access
We have added multiple account access as a feature to power line. This will allow you to do transfers, balance inquiries, etc. from multiple accounts without logging in and out of the login screen. In order to use this feature you will need the User ID and Password of each home banking account you want to have access to.
Here are the instructions for setting up multiple account access:
- Click on the home banking/power line login link.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on the Preferences link on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Multiple Accounts box at the top of the page.
- Click on Add Account.
- Enter the User ID and Password of the account you would like to have access to.
- Click Add Access.
Once you have added a new account a drop down box will appear at the bottom of the personal finance screen. Click on the drop down arrow to view the list of accounts you have access to.
