Seaboard Federal Credit Union reserves the right to reject any and all bids. You will be contacted ONLY
if you are the successful bidder. Bidding may be re-opened at the sole discretion of the Credit Union.
Neither the Credit Union, its officers, agents, or employees have made any representations to the undersigned
Purchaser(s), concerning the COLLATERAL. Purchaser(s) understands and agrees that Purchaser(s) may inspect or
have the COLLATERAL inspected prior to bid closing, and is encouraged to do so. Further, Purchaser(s) acknowledges
and agrees that the COLLATERAL is sold as is, that no warranties are made or intended; and that the Credit Union
shall have no liability or responsibility for any repairs or damages whatsoever. Understanding and agreeing to these
