The screen says I am locked out of my account. What should I do?

You have tried five times unsuccessfully to log into your account. It is a security feature for home banking. You may have simply put in the wrong password by mistake (CAPS lock on or off, misspelling). You can click on the "Forgot it" link, call 207 469-6341, or email the Systems Department at to have your account unlocked so you can try to log in again.
