Seaboard Federal Credit Union is pleased to offer five (5) scholarships worth $1,500.00 each, to eligible students who are continuing their education at a college, university or vocational school (graduate students are excluded).
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must:
- Be a member of Seaboard Federal Credit Union.
- Complete a minimum of nine (9) credit hours or equivalent in the current semester.
- Maintain a 2.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) at your chosen college/vocational school.
- Be registered for the next semester.
Seaboard Federal Credit Union membership is open to persons who live, work, worship or attend school in Hancock, Penobscot, Washington and Waldo counties and their immediate family members.

In order to promote equal opportunity, scholarships will be chosen from a random drawing of all qualified applications. If appropriate, Certificates of Award will be presented at High School Graduation Ceremonies. Students will receive their scholarship money in the form of a check made payable to the student, after successful completion of the eligibility requirements listed above.
