Branch Operations and Lending - Ellsworth – Full Time - $32.37/hour
Seaboard Federal Credit Union has a full-time vacancy in our Ellsworth office. The person assigned to this position will have responsibilities in branch operations, member service, account opening & maintenance, consumer lending and mortgage lending.
Applicants should have at least three years prior credit union or banking experience that includes the above mentioned responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate whose skills include flexibility and adeptness at multitasking, great attention to detail, willingness and ability to learn, excellent communication and computer skills.
Of primary importance will be providing service to credit union members with: opening/closing and maintaining all types of personal and business accounts, discussing both consumer loan and mortgage loan products and processing all loans from application to closing, cross selling products and services as appropriate. Additionally, this position is designed to oversee the daily operations of the branch. This includes offering support to other credit union staff, providing staff training, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining vault services, end of day branch reconciliation, and operating a teller drawer as needed. An average day will involve a mix of servicing members and assisting credit union staff, both in person and via various electronic avenues (email, phone, secure messaging, text, Zoom).
